We've all been reading the Ramayana, so none of us are unfamiliar with who Rama is.
Rama was the incarnation of Vishnu who saved the world from the evil known as Ravana. He killed Ravana and rescued Mother Sita from his kidnapping when Ravana abducted her as revenge.

Hi Dhruti, your notes need to reflect what you learned that was new from the videos; most of what Devdutt Pattanaik talks about in this chapter of the book is not about the plot of the Ramayana and the entire first half of the chapter is about the larger context of Vishnu's avatars in the history of the world. If you are counting this for a reading assignment, please add some notes that reflect your actual learning, not just generic facts you knew already, before doing the assignment.
